Mr. Ashok Maheshwari is the Founding and Senior Partner of Ashok Maheshwary
& Associates and has more than thirty years of experience in the his
specialized fields of Corporate Financial & Tax Consultancy. He chose to
practice as a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India having passed the examinations of Chartered Accountancy in 1981. Mr.
Ashok Maheshwari has rich experience in the fields of Assurance, Financial &
Legal Corporate Consulting and Taxation. He currently takes care of
Income-tax assessments, appeals represent the clients in Income Tax
Appellate Tribunal.
Mr. Ashok Maheshwari is continuously endeavoring to help the clients

Mr. Laxman Kumar Nasarpuri is a qualified professional consultant

major areas of expertise have been Real Estate, Textile and Power Industry
.Prior to his consultancy assignments , he has worked with Private and
Public Sector companies at senior management levels.

Mr. Anil Singh is the head of Internal Audit practice and Indirect Tax practice of the firm. He has more than 10 years of experience in handling transaction advisory from the point of view of Indirect Taxation. He is spearheading the initiative of the firm to become a full service provider.

Mr. Amit Maheshwari :

Mr. Amit Maheshwari has completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University. He is a A.C.A. from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, since 2006.
Amit Maheshwari heads the Direct Tax practice of the firm . He is an Expert in International Taxation. He has successfully advised many Multinational Corporation on their Entry Strategy in India. He is closely involved in structuring Inbound and outbound investment in India from point of view of Domestic and International Taxation, FEMA regulations and other Indirect Tax implications.

Sumit joined the firm as a partner w.e.f. October 2009 and presently looks after Statutory Audit, Debt Syndication and Mergers and Acquisitions.
