Ans: A Full Captive is a bigger offshore unit (20+ team members) which comes with a dedicated infrastructure, a strategic roadmap, and captures long-term operations, providing complete operational support.

A Micro/Nano Captive is a smaller team (5-20 members) which is suitable for pilot initiatives or niche functions. They are quicker to set up and have lower ongoing expenses. Often, the capex is funded by AKM Global.

Q4: Is immediate infrastructure investment or legal entity setup required?

Ans: Not necessarily. If a full entity or infrastructure is not preferable to start with, then you can begin with Micro/Nano Captive models, which are run under our investment and management. As demands increase, we can scale and shift to a full captive structure.
